Prevent an Index From Generating in the Schema

Use the Table Index Editor to prevent an index from generating in the schema.

To prevent an index from generating in the schema

1. Right-click the table index in the Model Explorer that you want to prevent from schema generation and click Properties.

   The Table Index Editor opens.

2. Clear the Generate check box in the Navigation Grid.
3. Click Close.

   The schema generation setting is applied and the Table Index Editor closes.
