Default Value Editor

Using the Default Value Editor, you can create a server default value for a column. The server default value you select for a column is usually the most common value that you store in a column.

In the Table Column Editor, when you click the Default Value Editor Button in Column Editor Constraint Tab button in the Default drop-down of the Default option on the Constraint tab, the Default Value Editor opens. It is also opened when you click the New New icon in property editors to create a new object button to create a new default value from the Table Column Editor.

The Default Value Editor provides the following options:

property editor PREVIOUS icon Previous

Positions the editor on the previous default value in the Navigation Grid.

property editor NEXT icon Next
