Attach a Materialized Query Table to a Script

You can use the Script Template editor to attach a materialized query table to a script.

To attach a materialized query table to a script

1. In the physical model based on DB2 UDB, right-click a materialized query table, and select Script Properties.

   The Script Template editor opens.

2. Click Browser.

   The Script Browser dialog opens.

3. Select a script in the Script Template Name list, select the materialized query table that you want to attach to the script in the Unattached Table list, and click the right arrow button.

   Click Close and click OK.

   The materialized query table is attached to the script and the dialog closes.

Note: Select the Attach to New Table check box before you close the dialog to automatically attach the script to each new materialized query table that you create.
