Add a Prefix to Physical Model Object Names

You can add prefix text before a table, view, column, domain, relationship, index, and validation names in the physical model.

To add a prefix to physical model object names

1. In the physical model, click Model Naming Options on the Actions menu.

   The Model Naming Options dialog opens.

2. In the Name Mapping tab, click in the Prefix row for each physical model object type, enter a prefix, and click OK.

   The prefix is added to physical model object names.
