Validation Rule Properties

The following describes new or changed properties in the property editor and related information.

• The Transact-SQL statement CREATE/DROP RULE is not supported. This affects Reverse Engineer from script.
• The stored procedure sp_bindrule is not supported. This affects Reverse Engineer from script.
• Since SQL Azure does not support sp_bindrule, the properties Generate Using Bind and Schema in the Navigation Grid of the SQL Azure Validation Rule Editor are unavailable.
