Documentation Changes

The following updates have been made since the last release (r9.5) of this document:

What's New: This chapter includes the details of the enhancements made in release r9.6.
Upgrade Models with NSM or DSM Files: Added the topic to describe how to upgrade models from previous releases that have NSM or DSM files attached to it.
Create Reports Using Report Designer: This topic is updated to include the changes to the way reports are generated. The following new topics are added to this section, to describe the new features in the report designer:

- Mart Model Reporting Status
- Schedule Mart Report Synchronization
- Use Multiple Threads to Update Mart Models for Reporting
- Mart Report Data Compression
Generating TLX Reports: This section is added to describe the new feature that helps you use CA ERwin Template Langauge to create reports.
Dimensional Modeling: This section is added to describe how to create dimensional modeling reports.

The following updates have been made since the last release (r8.2) of this document:

Model Templates: Updated to describe the new model template functionality.
Working on Mart: Deleted the CA ERwin Data Modeler Workgroup Edition section and the Working on Mart section to describe the new Mart functionality.
Set Model Type, Template, and Database For Reverse Engineer: Updated to include the new fields in the New Model dialog.
Apply Naming Standards to a Model, Model Object Naming Preferences, and Model Naming Options: Updated per the new NSM design.
Global Default Options, Set General Options: Updated per the new Global Default Options dialog.
Start or Stop the ERwin ODBC Driver: Updated to describe the correct name of the tab on the Options dialog.
