The User Defined Properties (UDP) Editor has been redesigned to match with the object and property editors. There is no change in the objects to which you attach UDPs, or the type of properties you can create. Only the user-interface is redesigned.
The new dialog includes a search option and the text editor options such as spell check. The search option lets you search through a large list of UDPs. The text editor options let you edit the description.
When you add a List type of UDP, separate multiple list members by a comma. The value in the Default pane is displayed as the default value in the corresponding object editor.
