Value	Description
0	Unlocks immediately.
-1	Locks the user indefinitely.

Applies to a Teradata profile. Specifies the number of minutes to elapse before unlocking a user. A user can be locked when any one of the following conditions hold true:

The password expires.

The maximum number of failed login attempts occur.

The administrator locks the login or role manually.
