DB2_Segment_Size (String property)

Designates that a tablespace will be segmented. This is an Integer property that specifies the number of pages to assign to each segment. The integer must be a multiple of 4 such that 4 is less than or equal to the integer which is less than or equal to 64. If you do not specify the SegSize clause, the table is not segmented. In a TEMP database, you need to specify SegSize for a tablespace because the tablespace must be segmented.

Note: Do not specify SegSize for a LOB tablespace or a tablespace in a work file database because neither can be segmented. A segmented tablespace cannot be partitioned so do not specify NumParts if you specify SegSize.
