Character Limitations

There is a limitation on the number of characters you can use for certain Mart Server parameters. The following table gives information about such parameters:

User Name	450 (Server User, Windows User, and Group) Note: For international OS (I18N), if the character set being used is DBCS (Double byte Character Set) then the character limit is 225.
