Defining Azure Synapse Users

The following properties are applicable to an Azure Synapse User object.

	Login Type	Specifies whether the user is mapped to an existing login
	Is_From_External_Provider	Specifies whether the login is from an external provider, such as server-level Azure AD logins
General	Default Schema	Specifies the first schema that will be searched by the server when object names are resolved for this database user
	For/From	Specifies whether the user is created for or from a login	Available only when Login Type is set to Login
	Login	Specifies the login name for or from which the user is being created	Available only when Login Type is set to Login
