Tables in the Model Explorer

The Model pane in the Model Explorer lists each table in a model in tree format under the Tables icon. Each table is listed in alphabetical order. When you right-click the Tables icon or a specific table in the Model Explorer, a shortcut menu appears.

The following option is available on the shortcut menu when you right-click the Tables icon:

New

Creates a new table in the Model Explorer and in the diagram.

The following options are available on the shortcut menu when you right-click a specific table:

Go To Diagram

Switches the diagram focus to the selected table.

Delete

Deletes selected tables from the model.

Properties

Opens the Table Editor.
