Defining Teradata Files

The following properties are applicable to a Teradata File object.

  Name Specifies the name of the file  
  Teradata Type Specifies the type of file

Include: Indicates that the file is an include file

Library: Indicates that the file is a non‑standard library file on the server

Object: Indicates that the file is an object file

Source: Indicates that the file is a source file

Package: Indicates that the file is a package file
  Residence Specifies the storage location of the file

Client: Indicates that source or object code for the object is stored on the client

Server: Indicates that source or object code for the object is stored on the server
  Name On Server Specifies the name of the file on the server  
Comment   Specifies comments about the file
