Comparing Environments

You can compare any two environments in the Metadata Manager.

To compare two environments, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Application Menu > Data Catalog > Metadata Manager.
  2. Under the System Catalogue pane, expand the desired system.
  3. Select the two environments.

    4. Note: Use CTRL Key to select two environments.

  4. Click Compare Environments.

    5. The Compare Environments page appears displaying table level changes.

  5. Click Column Level Changes.

    6. Column level changes are displayed.

  6. Click to download the comparison report.

    7. The comparison report is downloaded in the .xlsx format.
