Viewing Workflow Logs

A default folder in the Workflow Manager contains a default workflow, Mapping_Manager_Default_Workflow. This default workflow is applicable to all the projects in the Mapping Manager. You can create your own workflow and assign it to a project by overriding the existing workflow.

For more information on assigning workflow to projects, refer to the Managing Mapping Manager Workflows section.

To view workflow logs of mappings, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Application Menu > Data Catalog > Mapping Manager.
  2. The following page appears.

  3. Click the required map.
  4. The following page appears.

  5. Click the Workflow Log tab.
  6. The current workflow log status of the selected map appears.

    Note: The current workflow stage blinks in the diagram.

    Use the following options:

    User Comments

    To view the user and the comments entered by a user while moving it to the next stage, hover over .

    Expand Users and Roles

    To view users and roles assigned to all the stages, click Expand Users and Roles.

    Export Image

    To download the workflow log image, click Export Image.
