Oracle_Free_Lists (String property)

Identifies a structure that Oracle uses to keep track of the free space within a segment. Free lists reduce contention when multiple-user processes are inserting or updating the same table. This parameter is useful in both OPS and non-OPS environments.
Both the storage parameters, free list groups and free lists apply to clusters and indexes, as well as to tables. These parameters are not useful for read-only tables.
